Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be:
Unused and unworn
In its original packaging
With tags attached
Free from stains, perfume, or damage
Sale, discounted, or clearance items
Customized or altered outfits
Accessories and undergarments
Items purchased during special offer campaigns
Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order number and reason for exchange.
Our team will confirm availability of the desired size/design.
Courier charges for exchange will be borne by the customer.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will dispatch your exchange item.
We currently offer store credit only (no cash refunds).
Store credit will be issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Store credit can be used on any future purchase from Daastan Clothing.
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, kindly inform us within 48 hours with unboxing pictures/videos.
We will arrange a free replacement after verification.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
For exchanges, both return and resend courier charges are paid by the customer unless the item received is incorrect.
